One of the key differences with Tong’s industry-leading box filler is its trademark ‘Doorstop’ belt, which offers the gentlest handling of crop and sets the EasyFill vegetable box filler apart from the rest.
With sales of over 100 machines annually, the EasyFill is proving to be the customer’s favourite box filling solution worldwide.
With heavy-duty rubber fingers that gently hold crop, without the need for conventional curtain hoods, the EasyFill’s reversible doorstop belt ensures the crop is cradled deep into the box, with no rushing of crop that can cause skinning or bruising.
In addition, Tong’s unique doorstop belt offers even greater flexibility in the box filling machine’s application, as a standard Midi EasyFill can be fed directly by a mobile Caretaker grading system up to 2.4m wide.
