The ZP4-OS, an upgraded version of the ZP4, is equipped with the Deman Optisort Colour Sorter, an ingenious sorting mechanism that accelerates the sorting process of the sprout harvest. The sprouts move over a system of conveyor belts and are sorted by size. Sprouts that are too large or too small are removed along with the leaves. The optical module recognizes the bad or rotten produce and makes sure that lower quality sprouts are sorted and removed. This technology allows large quantities of sprouts to be processed very quickly.

The ZP4-OS is connected to the internet and can be monitored from the comfort of your home. The performance of the ZP4-OS can be monitored over time. Among other things you can find out when the machine has stopped, how much was harvested and at what speed.
