Whether you’re looking to fill big bags or boxes, the Tong UniFill Big Bag Box Filler gives you the flexibility to automatically fill both up to 18 Tons / hour.
Featuring a unique, heavy duty design, the UniFill features two lowering crop conveyors that cradle crop deep into the big bag or box, ensuring the gentlest handling alongside even filling at throughputs.
The UniFill is the ideal vegetable filling solution for those who require the facility to fill both big bags and boxes on a regular basis.
Designed to respect the product, the TONG Unifill is equipped a twin vertical elevator system that automatically lowers and rises for gentle filling of big bags, whilst it traverses for even filling of boxes. This way, the boxes and big bags are uniformly filled and the product is gently respected.
The TONG Unifill big bag and box filler makes it possible to reach a work output of 18 tons per hour to save time and increase efficiency during the storage.
The use of the TONG Unifill is easy and intuitive thanks to the HMI touchscreen allowing the configuration of differents sizes of box without any human intervention.
This way, the use is comfortable and fast. It is also easy to change the filling mode between the filling of big bags or boxes thanks to the HMI touchscreen.
There for the TONG Unifill is perfect to set-up a custom-made solutions for potato, onion or carrot traders and Potato or Onion packhouse.
