OVERVIEW

The TONG JetFill big bag filler is an automatic potato / Onions big bags filler able to fill any kind of big bag.

The JetFill Big Bag Filler is Tong’s highest capacity big bag filler which offers automated and gentle big bag filling. Capable of filling up to 40 big bags per hour, the latest model is designed to handle a wider range of bag sizes up to 2700mm high.

Suitable for use on a wide range of crop including potatoes, carrots, onions and more, the JetFill Big Bag Filler ensures bags are filled quickly and safely. Available with the option of Tong’s advanced Auto-Touch HMI touch-screen controls, the JetFill is extremely user-friendly whilst ensuring crop is carefully bagged for onward transport.

SPECIFICATIONS

INFEED ELEVATOR

The JetFill bag filler is available with an infeed flighted elevator to carefully raise crop up to the bag filling conveyor. With a standard width of 750mm and up to 4m long, the big bag filler elevator features a small hopper at the infeed to ensure gentle handling and no spillage.

INTEGRATED WEIGHT PLATFORMS

The JetFill big bag filler can be specified with fully-integrated weigh platforms, allowing operators to use the filler to fill to level or pre-determined weights, offering ultimate flexibility to quickly and easily fulfill changing contract demands.

OPTIMUM SAFETY

For ultimate safety, PVC safety curtains are fitted to the bag filler as standard to cover the area under the platform to prevent access whilst in operation.
