Why choose the Full Automatic BoxFilr?
With the Fully Automatic BoxFilr, you can implement a continuous filling process without losing the ability to buffer. Continuous infeed and discharge of boxes takes place thanks to the Stackrs and Track – ideal whenever continuous high capacity is needed. The load cells allow boxes to be filled to the exact weight required. The Fully Automatic BoxFilr is can be expanded in a modular way with buffers as well as shuttle and/or emptying systems.
A single forklift driver can fill 120 boxes per hour.
Thanks to line control, the supply stops as soon as the hopper or all buffer positions are full. What’s more, the twin-chute filling system ensures even box filling. Boxes are filled perfectly, so you will never need to top up again. Thanks to homogeneous filling storage conditions are always optimal.

Whenever continuous high capacity is required, the Fully Automatic BoxFilr is the best solution. This allows you to utilise the VHM hopper filling principle in a high-capacity filling process with the smallest number of forklift movements. It can be installed permanently or in a mobile configuration, allowing it to be used in different processes as the seasons change.
